A journey deep inside yourself

October 18, 20235 min read

The most profound impacts of deep inner work are often revealed in people's stories.

This article was based on one very important review.

The author of the review emphasizes that she didn't know or understand certain things about herself at the moment of her session with Jules, life was just “going on as usual”.

This is what usually happens to us when we’re in the habit of listening to our mind, in fact we often forget that there’s any other way to live.

In our average day-to-day ‘survival mode’ we forget to listen to our heart, and we DEFINITELY forget to focus on getting our mind and heart to work together.

Nataliia Kornetska:

“If you think you know yourself enough, don't be fooled - there are still many gifts hidden from you. Keep looking. To prove it, I will tell you about my experience of a delightful journey with the wise, deep and truly magical Jules Hare.

I lived a calm and stable life as a 40-year-old mother of three children before. But a great sadness settled inside me. I associated it with the losses in my life, with the war, with anything but sadness for myself. Then we started working together with Jules, her very presence around had an amazing effect on me. It was difficult for me to determine what was going on. Amazing metamorphoses began to happen to me. A lot of love, passion, creativity, freedom of expression, desires, goals and energy to achieve them began to appear in me. I began to lose weight and look younger and younger, but I still did not quite understand why.

Many of my friends began to write to me: "how do you manage to flourish like that, are you a witch"? And then I got into a session with Jules.

What happened is hard to describe in words. I will try to call it a journey deep inside yourself with the help of imagination and intuition. Jules gently leads and guides along the way, giving directions and asking precise questions. The main work was done by my subconscious. The first thing I felt to the point of pain, to scream, was that same sadness. It led me and showed me what my pain was about.

A she-wolf lives inside of me. This is the archetype of the primordial woman, a healing and natural being who has strong intuition, creative energy and lives according to her nature. A good book, "The Women Who Run With Wolves", has been written about this. I had heard a lot about it before, but apparently I was still not ready to read it. The she-wolf has many facets, and they all dream of freedom. The facet of creativity is such an inexhaustible stream that you just open - and you will bathe in an abundance of beauty and meaning. But this is far from the only facet of the she-wolf. There are others, and the most dangerous of them is sexuality.

Everything related to sexual energy has always caused me both delight and shame at the same time. This was influenced by many factors, and especially by upbringing and religion.

My brain was desperately afraid of the she-wolf and that she might harm herself and others. And the she-wolf howled in prison. Now I understand why during the transformation I so wanted to regain my body: young, beautiful, light, flexible. I do not spare myself day or night, exercising for several hours and running 5 miles daily. Because the she-wolf is always in motion, she is light and agile, and dies when she loses strength. I will continue to explore myself and my possibilities. I won't lock up my she-wolf anymore, I love her. And I will definitely find eco-friendly ways to manifest it so that no one gets hurt”.

This deep and heartfelt post has many insights that are important to highlight, let's dive into some of them.

What is “sadness for myself” about?

As people become more in-tune with their intuitive abilities, they often uncover repressed emotions, unresolved issues ‘in the tissues’, including past traumas. This self-awareness can sometimes lead to feelings of sadness, as one confronts and processes these emotions.

"Sadness for myself" can be a sign of progress in intuitive development. It indicates a certain level of self-awareness, a willingness to acknowledge and address emotional wounds, which is a critical step in taking ownership for one’s own personal growth and healing.

How can we journey deep inside ourselves with the help of imagination and intuition?

Journeying deep inside yourself happens most easily when you  feel safe. It's important to create an environment where you can relax and focus your attention inward, a space where your safety is not in question. It is also important to have guidance and support from someone you trust, so you feel deeply held and acknowledged in a place of non-judgment.

It is often helpful to set an intention for your inner journey (it’s important that this is not an expectation or goal to be attached to 😉).

What do you want to explore or understand more about yourself?

Activate the powers of your imagination, soften your awareness on your intuitive senses. Listen to your ‘gut’ feelings, your inner knowing.

Pay attention to any insights, thoughts, or sensations that arise. Be open to receiving information in various forms, including images, sensations, or sounds, or memories.

Practice Regularly:

Deepening your connection with your intuition through imagination is a skill that develops with practice. It takes invested time and attention repeatedly to build these powerful intuitive muscles 💪

It’s like learning a new language, when you first start it’s all so ridiculous sounding, it’s not til you know some basics and gather some common phrases that it starts to come together. Then once you’re immersed in it and it’s fluid, then you can’t remember a time when you couldn’t hear and understand it.

Well, the intuition is like that 😉, just that the body’s language is multi-sensory! It’s symbolic, full of colors, sensations, smells, tastes, textures, emotions, memories, images and so much more… but… one day with the help of your attention you’ll be fluent enough to feel exactly what it’s trying to tell you 😉

It's incredible what magical things can happen when we truly connect with OURSELVES. Are you ready to learn the language of your body?
