Cranial Sacral Therapy Sessions
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on technique that uses light touch to navigate tension or pain in the body directed through the central nervous system. The body is continually speaking to us, and it knows exactly what it needs to be whole and pain-free.
This non-invasive, powerful therapy is safe for people of all ages and ranges of conditions.
Babies, Teens and Kids
Children are bright and inspirational navigators moving through the complex social, educational, political, and family systems they were born into.
Sometimes those systems can cause a variety of struggles for our young ones that can feel overwhelming for both the child and those that care for them. Through a curated mix unique to them, Jules uses curious play, imagination exercises, art expression, specialized talk therapy and Cranial Sacral sessions to explore their pain points and move towards healing together.
